Saad El Mernissi has been practicing for more than 15 years in Morocco and is in charge of projects, energy and infrastructure files within the cabinet.

In particular, he has assisted major public and private developers in the context of public contracts, delegated management of public services and the structuring of various contracts related to the implementation of major energy and public infrastructure projects.

He is recognised as an expert in infrastructure projects and PPPs and is regarded as « leading individual » in the ranking The Legal 500 2020.

Saad is also in charge of the firm’s arbitration and competition practice.

Saad is President of the Moroccan Court of Arbitration and teaches arbitration law at Hassan II University in Casablanca.
